NFDA ALERT – GSA & Coronavirus

The GSA has taken various measures to address the Coronavirus and its impact on its leased properties, its Lessors, tenant agencies, service providers and all those potentially affected. The guidelines include those agencies that have independent leasing authority. The GSA will be communicating with its’ Lessors by letter in the coming days.

The GSA, through their regional offices, will make contact with its’ Lessors to explain the measures that will be undertaken to protect the health and safety of federally occupied properties. The regional offices will be providing hand sanitizers to be placed at entrances, cafeterias, and common areas at no cost to Lessors.
