GSA has recently provided information regarding their new water testing requirements for leased space.  According to GSA, the new water testing requirements will be rolled out via a unilateral lease amendment under the Changes Clause (found in the General Clauses section of your lease).

Join NFDA and IWC on Wednesday, March 6th, as we delve into these unilateral lease amendments to help our community understand the "why" behind the testing requirements, what the Scope of Work will actually require, the science underlying the requirement and the testing, and finally the importance of having an action plan in place prior to receiving the unilateral lease amendment.  Whether you own a 100% leased GSA asset, or a GSA tenant occupies a small portion of your space, almost every building will be expected to comply with this baseline testing requirement.  The goal of this webinar is to ensure that our ownership community is prepared.
